Delete your Inner Compass account

You can permanently delete your account and personal data. We verify who you are first, so no one else can delete your account.

What deletion removes

  • Your account, profile and login credentials.
  • Your check-ins, reflections, plans, memories and Companion conversations.
  • Your consent state and any signals you were sharing with an organisation or clinician.
  • Personal identifiers in our logs. Some records may be kept as anonymised statistics or retained for a legal minimum period (e.g. invoicing) and are then deleted.
If your account is sponsored by an organisation: Deleting your personal account does not delete the organisation's account. Data that belongs to other people or to the organisation (invitations you sent, aggregate reports, etc.) remains with them.

Step 1 — Sign in to verify it's you

We never delete an account from an unverified email address. Sign in with the account you want to delete.
